 Keto Tuna Salad

A colorful, easy and fresh recipe

2 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
240g of tuna loins (2 cans)
200g of sliced palm hearts
10 olives
½ medium onion cut in julienne
½ red or green pepper cut into small cubes
100g cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (optional)
Necessary amount of salt, pepper and olive oil

Instructions:
1. Sauté onion and bell bell pepper over medium heat in a pan with olive oil for 5 minutes or until onion is translucent.
2. Turn off the heat and add the palm hearts, olives, cherry tomatoes and tuna.
3. Add salt and pepper and one more squirt of olive oil. Toss gently, until the salad is well seasoned.

Tips: Try also black olives and quail eggs. Other options for seasoning are low-carb mayonnaise or lemon juice.
