Keto Breakfast - Protein Waffles

Ingredients:

• 1 scoop (30g) protein powder
• 1 tbsp butter
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• 1 egg
• ¼ tsp pink salt
• liquid to thin out batter
(water, almond milk, flax milk)

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter in a small mixing bowl.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine using a fork.
3. Preheat the waffle iron and pour 1/2 of the recipe into the iron.
Close the lid and cook until browned. Repeat with the remaining batter.
4. Serve immediately with additional butter or your favorite sugar-free maple syrup.
