 Scrambled Eggs with Bacon

An American classic.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
200g of bacon in thin strips
Necessary amount of pepper and cream (optional)

Instructions:
1. Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of pepper, grated cheese and a dash of cream (optional).
2. Cook the bacon in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the bacon is crisp. Remove bacon to a plate with paper towels.
3. In the same pan, lower the heat and pour in the egg. Stir and cook until the egg is cooked.
