Stuffed Endive Snack

A gourmet appetizer, ideal for social gatherings and festivities

Ingredients:
1 endive
150g of gorgonzola cheese
1 tablespoon of cream
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
50g peeled and chopped walnuts

Instructions:
1. Remove the chicory and wash the leaves quickly. Let the chicory dry on a cloth.
2. Chop the gorgonzola cheese very small and mix it with the cream. You can also process them together to make them more creamy.
3. Place the endive leaves on the plates and fill them with a teaspoon of gorgonzola cream and some chopped nuts on top.
4. Sprinkle the endive leaves with the soy sauce.

Tips: Another filling option is with tuna, boiled egg and mayonnaise.
