Strawberry Jam

Ideal to accompany your keto toasts, to cover your cheesecake or to eat by the spoon!
Ingredients:
250 g of diced strawberries
3 sachets of stevia
¼ cup of water
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin powder
Instructions:
1. Sprinkle the gelatin over the lemon juice and set aside.
2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine strawberries, stevia and water.
Stir to combine. Once it comes to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until the strawberries are melted and the water has evaporated.
3. Break the gelatin into small pieces and stir with the strawberries to melt. Turn off the heat and adjust the sweetness. Leave to cool.
4. Place strawberry gelatin in a clean jar, cover and refrigerate.
5. Can be frozen or stored for 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator.
Tips: The lemon is important for the jam to keep and not spoil. If you prefer
a sweet jam, add one more sachet of stevia.
