Sesame Chicken
This sesame chicken is sticky, sweet, tasty and very easy to make!
4 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
500g of supreme chicken cut into strips
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2g of stevia
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Required amount of salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and hot sauce
Salad
300 g of green leaves
2 avocados
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, stevia, hot bell pepper, ginger, garlic and sesame seeds.
2. In a separate bowl, combine chicken, cornstarch and a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over high heat with olive oil and sauté the chicken until golden brown (5 or 6 minutes). Add the sauce and let it simmer for 5 minutes or until it has a thick and sticky consistency.
3. Mix the green leaves, diced avocado and parmesan in a salad bowl. Season with salt, lemon juice and olive oil.
4. Remove the chicken from the pan, serve on a plate next to the salad and sprinkle with more sesame seeds if desired.
