Milanese with Salad

The low carb version of this typical Argentinean food could not be missing among our recipes.
2 Servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
250g of chicken supreme cut in thin slices or lean beef steaks
100g of almond flour or flaxseed flour
1 egg
Necessary quantity of olive oil, salt, pepper and Provençal (garlic and parsley)
Salad
100g of green leaves
100g cherry tomatoes
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, lightly beat the egg and season with a generous amount of salt, pepper and Provençal.
2. On a plate, sprinkle the almond flour little by little.
3. Pass the meat through the egg and then through the almond flour. Be careful not to crush them too much on the flour, do it gently. Add more flour as needed.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a generous amount of olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the milanesa and brown on each side for about 5 minutes.
5. Prepare the green and cherry salad with a little olive oil and salt. Serve on a plate with the milanesa.
Tips: If you want the milanesas to be very tender, you can hit the meat (at first, before going through the egg) with your fist or a kitchen hammer.
