Mediterranean Salmon

Transport yourself to the Mediterranean with this delicious recipe of salmon.

Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets of 200 g each with skin, without scales or bones
100g cherry tomatoes
¼ cup fresh basil leaves
8 sliced pitted olives
100g of red chorizo


Instructions:
1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a splash of oil. Add the salmon on the flesh side for about 3 minutes and turn over so that the skin is underneath. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. The
center may be a little raw.
2. Cut the cherries in half and add to a bowl with the olives, season with oil, salt and pepper.
3. Cut the cherries in thin slices and add to the salmon 2 minutes before turning off the fire. Add the tomato mixture, cook a few more seconds and turn off the fire.
4. Divide in two plates and add the basil leaves as decoration with another spoonful of oil.

Tips: It is important to corroborate that the chorizo does not have any additives, since these can often not be keto.
