Meatballs Stroganoff

These meatballs taste like homemade love.

Ingredients:
500g of minced meat
30g of almond flour
1 egg
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley

Sauce
150 ml of meat broth
150g of cream cheese
1 large onion in medium pieces
300g of sliced mushrooms
One finely chopped garlic clove
Parsley (for decoration)
Necessary quantity of olive oil.


Instructions:
1. Combine in a medium bowl the minced meat, almond flour, egg and seasonings. Mix the ingredients well and form medium sized balls.
2. Heat a pan with olive oil over medium/high heat, and brown the meatballs on all sides, turning every 3 minutes. When they are ready, remove the meatballs from the pan.
3. Meanwhile, heat a pan with a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion for 3 minutes and add the mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is translucent.
4. In the pan of the meatballs add the boiling meat broth, stir well to mix it with the bottom of the pot and add the cream cheese. Stir and add the meatballs, garlic and the onion-mushroom mixture.
5. Cook over medium heat until the cream is the desired consistency. Correct if necessary with salt and pepper.
6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
