Who said you can't eat pizza if you're on a diet? Enjoy every bite of this super recipe.

4 Servings
Prep Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:
4 eggs
200g of mayonnaise (low carbohydrate)
175g almond flour
2 tablespoons (15 g) psyllium powder
2 teaspoons (10 g) of baking powder

Coverage
125 ml of tomato sauce for pizza
150g of some thick grated cheese (mozzarella, provolone, etc).
100g of cherry tomatoes cut in slices.
1 small basil plant

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, mix the eggs and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients, along with a pinch of salt, and combine well. Let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Cover a round ovenproof dish with lard. Spread the mixture on the paper. It helps to smear your hands or a spatula with a dash of olive oil.
3. Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Place the base back in the container by removing the butterfly paper.
4. Add tomato sauce and grated cheese. Bake for 10 more minutes and add the cherry tomatoes. Bake for 5 minutes.
5. Remove pizza from oven and decorate with basil.
