Low Carb Burgers

One of our favorite recipes. These burgers will make you forget that they ever carried bread.

Ingredients:
300g of minced meat.
1 large round tomato cut into slices, with a little salt.
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped.
¼ cup finely chopped parsley leaves.
1 egg.
6 individual leaves of French lettuce.
6 slices of cheddar cheese.
Necessary amount of salt, pepper and olive oil.


Instructions:
Add in a bowl the minced meat, garlic, parsley, egg and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and divide the dough into 6.
2. Heat a frying pan with olive oil over medium heat. Assemble the hamburgers the size of the tomato and add to the frying pan. Let cook for 5 minutes or until the burger is golden.
Turn burgers with a spatula and add a feta of cheese to each one. Let cook until cheese melts.
4. In a plate, place a tomato slice, the hamburger, the lettuce, a bit of onion and then again a tomato slice. Repeat until 3 hamburgers per portion are assembled.
5. You can season with homemade or low-carb mayonnaise.
