Ingredients:
150g of almond flour
40g of psyllium powder
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
A dash of apple vinegar
225 ml of boiling water
3 egg whites
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C .
2. Mix in a bowl the almond flour, the psyllium, the baking powder and the salt.
3. Boil the water and add it to the mixture, along with the vinegar and egg whites. Beat
hand for 30 seconds with a fork or a hand mixer.
4. Moisten your hands and separate the mixture into 6 buns. Place the buns in a
Baking tray covered with lard or butter paper.
5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the bread. You can verify that they are baked when you hear a hollow sound when you gently tap the surface.

Tips:
Ideal for spreading with butter and with only 2 net carbohydrates per serving!
