You will be surprised with this super easy and fast recipe to make crackers. And you only need a microwave!
Ingredients:
Cookies
35g of butter
96g of almond flour
½ teaspoon xanthan gum
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ slightly beaten egg
Seasoning
2 teaspoons of onion powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds.
2. Add almond flour, xanthan gum, baking powder and a pinch of salt to a medium bowl and combine. Pour in butter and mix until evenly distributed. Add the egg and continue kneading until a ball is formed. Place bowl in freezer for 5 minutes.
3. Spread dough with rolling pin (or hands!) between two sheets of lard, sprinkle with seasoning and flatten again to paste. With a knife, cut the dough into medium squares. Separate the squares gently, as the dough is fragile, it is advisable to peel off the paper by passing a knife underneath.
4. Cook in the microwave on the lard paper for 20 seconds,. Repeat until the cookies are crunchy. Wait until they are cold to eat.
