We present you the low carb option of this incredible typical Brazilian dish.

Ingredients:
150 g of cooked and shredded chicken supreme
¼ grated onion
1 clove of garlic, minced
100 g creamy cottage cheese
50 g of flaxseed flour
¼ cup fresh parsley


Instructions:

1. Sauté onion and garlic in a pan with oil. Add the chicken and sauté for a few more minutes. Add the cottage cheese and mix well. Turn off the heat and add the parsley and a pinch of salt and set aside until cold.
2. Spread your hands with oil and separate portions of dough. Mold the coxins in the shape of a beak.
3. Pass the coxinhas through the linseed flour. Repeat to make it more crunchy.
4. Place the coxinhas in a container suitable for oven and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Tips: Flaxseed flour is high in fiber and is a source of vitamin B6, folic acid, thiamine, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper and manganese.
