Italian Pumps with Mozzarella

Rich and succulent. The perfect recipe to kill hunger.

Ingredients:
250g of minced meat
1 egg
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of butter
100g mozzarella cheese in cubes
150g of pomarola sauce
200g of frozen spinach
Necessary quantity of olive oil, salt, black pepper, fresh parsley and garlic powder.


Instructions:
1. In a bowl, add the minced meat, garlic, egg and parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
2. Form meat balls and sauté in butter (1 tablespoon) over medium heat. Turn the meatballs over so that they are golden on all sides.
3. Add the pomarola sauce and season to taste. Let the sauce boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. In another frying pan cook the spinach in olive oil (1 spoonful) until defrosted. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
5. Serve in a plate the meatballs in the sauce, together with the spinach and the mozzarella cubes. You can decorate sprinkling hot bell pepper powder.

Tips: If you decide to buy a ready-made pomarola sauce, make sure it is low in carbohydrates.
Spinach can be seasoned with butter, cream and cheese, replacing olive oil and garlic.
