 Ham and Cheese Wraps

These lettuce wraps are delicious, healthy and easy to make

Ingredients:
1 lettuce plant with large leaves
100 g of sliced ham
100 g of sliced cheese
1 large tomato cut into thin slices.
1 fried egg (optional)
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (optional).

Instructions:
1. Place 5 large leaves of lettuce on parchment/butter paper. It is important that the leaves overlap.
2. Spread the lettuce with mayonnaise (optional).
3. Add the layer of ham, cheese, tomato and the egg.
4. Roll up lettuce, as tight as possible. Use the parchment paper as a guide and finish by wrapping the whole sandwich in the paper like a burrito. Cut the sandwich in half.

Tips: There are hundreds of variations for the filling. Try also hard-boiled egg, mayonnaise and tuna fillings. Not to be missed!
