Ham and Cheese Omelette

Prep Time: 10 minutes

A classic that does not fail, and with only 1 g of net carbohydrates!

Ingredients:
3 eggs
50g of cooked ham
50g of feta cheese
Necessary amount of salt, pepper and olive oil

Instructions:
1. Lightly beat the eggs, seasoning to taste.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a splash of olive oil. Add the eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Add the ham and cheese. Close the base in half with a spatula.
3. Cook for 2 more minutes, turn the omelette delicately with the spatula and leave another
couple of minutes more to melt the cheese.

Tips: Add your favorite low carb ingredients to the filling: mushrooms, olives, cherries, fresh herbs, etc.
