Coconut Flour Molded Bread

Who said that on the keto diet you can't eat bread? Ideal for a breakfast toast or a lunch sandwich
Ingredients:
6 eggs
⅓ cup of olive oil
⅓ cup of water
65g of coconut flour
50g flax flour/linseed
1 sachet of stevia
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Chia, sesame or sunflower seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. In a large bowl place the eggs, oil, water and mix by hand or with a mixer until combined.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until incorporated.
4. Line a bread pan with parchment paper or lard paper and pour the mixture into the pan.
5. Sprinkle sesame, chia or sunflower seeds if desired.
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
7. Let cool for 20 minutes before removing from mold.
8. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
