Chinese Broccoli Beef Delight

Surprise your palate with this sweet and sour Chinese delicacy.

Ingredients:
1 kg of loin cut in thin slices.
100 ml of low-sodium soy sauce.
200 ml of meat broth.
5g of stevia or some other sweetener.
1 spoonful of chopped ginger.
4 cloves of garlic finely cut.
A red bell pepper cut in small squares.
600g of cooked broccoli cut in flower.
Necessary quantity of sesame seeds and hot bell pepper.


Instructions:
1. In a thick bottom pan, add the meat, the soy sauce, the broth, the sweetener, the ginger, the cloves of garlic and the chili sauce.
2. Cook over medium-high heat for 20 minutes or until liquid is reduced. If necessary, correct the salt.
3. Saute red bell pepper and broccoli in a separate pan for a few minutes, not too cooked, mix ingredients to serve.
4. Serve in bowls with chopsticks and sprinkle with sesame seeds for decoration.
