Chili Peppers to Hell

Healthy and original recipe of Cuban cuisine, surprise your family with these stuffed peppers.
Ingredients:
250g of minced meat
2 medium green peppers
100g of sliced mushrooms
½ medium onion cut into small cubes
100g provolone cheese cut into strips
Necessary amount of salt, pepper and olive oil
Instructions:
1. Cut off the top of the peppers and remove the remaining seeds and filaments. Place in a microwaveable pan, cover with foil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove the peppers from the mold with tongs.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
3. Saute the mushrooms and onion in a pan with olive oil over medium heat, and cook until the onion is transparent.
4. Cook the minced meat in another frying pan with olive oil. Stir it until it is cooked. Add the mushroom and onion mixture. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Season the peppers with salt. Place a slice of cheese in the bottom and then the meat filling.
6. Bake the peppers for 20 minutes. Add the cheese top and bake again until melted and golden.
Tips: If you decide to buy a ready-made pomarola sauce, make sure it is low in carbohydrates.
Spinach can be seasoned with butter, cream and cheese, replacing olive oil and garlic.
