Chicken Italian Style

This express version of the chicken parmesan is exquisite and has only 1.5 g of sugar.
Ingredients:
300g chicken supreme in pieces
150g sliced mozzarella cheese
150g of pomarola sauce
200g of frozen broccoli
Necessary quantity of salt, pepper, suace Provencal and olive oil
Instructions:
1. Place the supreme in a frying pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of olive. Turn when browned and cover with cheese.
2. Let it roast until the cheese is melted and add the pomarola sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and Provencal suace and let it cook for 10 minutes at low heat.
3. In a separate pan, defrost the broccoli in a pan with a spoonful of olive. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Tips: Broccoli can be replaced with your favorite keto side dish, such as cauliflower rice, zoodles, saute cabbage or broccoli gratin.
