Cheese Bread

For cheese lovers. This Brazilian version of bread is the ultimate, and with only 1.5 g of net carbohydrates per serving!

Ingredients:
2 eggs
65 g of almond flour
150 g of string cheese (provolone, pategrás, muzarela or parmesan)
½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of black pepper

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
3. Divide the mixture into 8 small balls. Cover a baking tray with greaseproof paper and place the balls separately from each other.
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the top of the bread is golden brown.

Tips: Add crispy bacon or fresh herbs to the mixture for a 2.0 version. They look amazing!
