Cheese and Ham Muffins

 Cheese and Ham Muffins

I don't know what makes these muffins so delicious. Maybe it's the melted cheddar cheese inside, or the crispy ham on the outside.

Ingredients:

4 large or 5 medium eggs
80g cooked ham cut into small squares
80g cheddar cheese cut into small squares
Necessary amount of salt, pepper and butter

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Cover a muffin tin with butter.
3. Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper. Add half of the cheese and half of the ham.
4. Distribute the mixture equally among the molds, add the rest of the ham and cheese. The mold should be 2/3 full.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg is cooked.

Tips: There are hundreds of variations for the filling, other options can be spinach, broccoli, chicken, jalapeño, tomato, parmesan, mushrooms and many more.
