Ingredients:
Dough
75g of almond flour
150g of cheese strands
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Filling
125 g of brie or camembert (a small wheel)
1 green onion, thinly sliced (white part)
100g of mushrooms


Instructions:
1. Sauté the green onion and mushrooms in a little oil over high heat, for about 5 minutes.
2. Mix almond flour and baking powder in a bowl.
3. In another microwave-safe bowl, heat the string cheese until it is completely melted.
4. Add the almond flour to the cheese and knead it until it takes consistency. Quickly place between two pieces of paper and use a rolling pin to create a circle.
5. Place the brie and mushroom mixture in the center of the dough cover and with a knife cut the dough in strips from the cheese (center) out. Place a strip of dough on top of the cheese and wrap it strip by strip.
6. In a container suitable for ovens covered with lard paper place the bread.
7. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until the surface is golden.

Tips: Flaxseed flour is high in fiber and is a source of vitamin B6, folic acid, thiamine, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper and manganese.
