Avocado with Shrimps

Avocado and shrimp is a divine combination. The recipe is so deli-easy that it doesn't fail.

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
2 large not very ripe avocados
200 g of shrimp
2 tablespoons low carb mayonnaise
½ finely chopped red onion
½ finely chopped red bell pepper
Necessary quantity of salt, pepper and olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a splash of olive oil. Sauté onion, chili and shrimp for 2-3 minutes.
2. Turn off the heat and add two tablespoons of mayonnaise, mix well.
3. Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone and the skin with a spoon. Stuff with the shrimp sauce and serve immediately.
